North Construction & Building is the largest locally owned and operated commercial construction business on the Central Coast, NSW. With over 30 years history, North has offices in Tuggerah and Newcastle.
Founded in 1987, North has become one of the most trusted builders throughout the Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Newcastle regions. For select clients North works regionally and in Northern Sydney. North is proud to have a trusted reputation for stakeholder and subcontractor management, quality, professionalism and being the “Commercial Builder of Choice.”
North also have a minor works division servicing our smaller clients with projects up to $3 million.
Testament to the consistency of quality produced by North are the many Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Awards won each year since 2004, together with being awarded Commercial Builder of the Year for 2011, 2016 and 2017 at the Newcastle MBA Awards.
Underpinning the delivery of services are accredited quality, safety and environmental management systems certified to Australian Standards and with WHS systems accredited by the OFSC.
