Soldiers Point Bowling Club has the enviable situation of being able to play lawn bowls rain, hail or shine with the undercover facility protecting players from the elements. The synthetic green has a needle-punch carpet surface offering good pace of around 14 seconds with a ‘natural’ draw similar to that of our two beautiful grass greens. The undercover green also has lighting providing opportunity to play at night as well as during the day, so whatever the time, whatever the weather; bowls can always be played at Soldiers Point Bowling Club.
