Excel Communications Pty Limited (Excel) was established in 1991. It is now one of the main suppliers of Samsung telecommunications products and services in the Newcastle, Central Coast, Port Stephens and Hunter Region of NSW and Australia wide.
The commitment of our staff, dedication to customer satisfaction and a product line based on both quality and back up support has made Excel one of the most respected names in the industry.
In 1996 we became a distributor for Samsung Communications solutions and products. We found Samsung to be the most highly supported product line, the support team that backs up our own in house service team are second to none when it comes to product and general IT & T knowledge.
Changing with the times
As technology advanced and the line between the telephone and the computer started to blur. Excel had to up skill in order to fulfil the requirements of the modern office environment. We soon gained a reputation for being the first to offer the latest advancements in communication. In 2003 our name changed to Excel Information Technologies Pty Limited, to reflect this expanding aspect of our business.
We supply, install and maintain Samsung Communications Solutions for clients who need a business partner to provide them with ideas, expertise and value added services.
In 2012 our trading style changed to ExcelIT, not least to save time whilst introducing ourselves! With the convergence of the computer and telephone, we feel the name reflects more of what we do. Excel IT will work with your existing IT provider to identify areas where your whole communications solution can become more cost effective.
